After signing up, go to your dashboard and click "Create Chatbot". Follow the guided setup — connect your website, train the AI on your content, and embed the widget. Most setups take under 10 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our Paddle payment processor.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the billing settings in your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever — 1 chatbot and 500 messages per month, no credit card required. Paid plans unlock more chatbots, higher message limits, and advanced features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then you drop back to the free Starter plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
