Webset is a product built and operated by Nexilant. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Webset — the browser extension and this website (together, the "Service") — provided by Nexilant ("Nexilant", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Webset lets you scan a webpage you choose, describe a change in plain English, and receive an AI-generated redesign (HTML/CSS/JS) that you can preview and export. Webset only acts on pages you actively point it at — it does not run in the background or modify pages without your action.
You need an account to save projects, sync your plan, and use the extension beyond the free daily limit. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Webset offers a Free plan and paid plans with higher daily AI credits and project limits, described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use Webset to scan, redesign, or export pages you don't have the right to access, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
You keep ownership of anything you scan, describe, or export through Webset. Nexilant doesn't claim rights over your projects or the sites you point Webset at.
Webset is provided "as is." AI-generated redesigns may occasionally be imperfect — always preview a change before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, Nexilant isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Nexilant may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
