1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Nexilant, including the Nexilant Ultimate Privacy browser extension and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must immediately cease usage of our Service.

2. License Usage

Our digital products (e.g., Nexilant Ultimate Privacy) are licensed, not sold. By purchasing a subscription or license, Nexilant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or business use according to your plan.

  • You may not share, sell, or redistribute your license keys.
  • You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our tools.
  • A single license is valid for one browser profile at a time unless a multi-device plan is purchased.
  • The 'Custom Blur Picker' and 'Panic Mode' features must be used in compliance with all local and international laws.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

  • We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee specifically for technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
  • General dissatisfaction refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Nexilant management.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your Paddle dashboard or Nexilant account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-processed data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexilant. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Muhammad Usman (Founder, Nexilant).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our tools immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties (such as reverse engineering attempts).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexilant, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our privacy tools or browser extensions. Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
