Webset is a product built and operated by Nexilant. This Privacy Policy explains what Nexilant collects when you use Webset, and how it's used.
Account information — your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and an optional profile photo.
Usage data — the plan you're on, daily AI credit usage, and project counts, so we can show accurate limits in your account and the extension.
Page content you choose to scan — when you scan a page in the extension, its HTML/CSS/JS is read to generate your redesign. Webset doesn't scan pages in the background or without you clicking Scan.
Nexilant uses this data to run your account, apply the correct plan and credit limits, process AI redesign requests, and provide support if you contact us. We don't sell your data.
Webset uses a third-party AI model provider to generate redesigns, and a payment processor to handle subscriptions. These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their part of the Service.
The website uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. The extension stores your login token and plan info locally in your browser (chrome.storage) so it works without contacting our servers on every action.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Contact support to request deletion of your account and associated data.
You can update your profile, change your password, or request account deletion at any time from My Account or by contacting support.
